Public Notice - Small Man Imports, Club Presidente, Small Man Building Material

The Executive Council of St. Eustatius in accordance with Article 21 of the “Vergunningwet BES” announces that on June 12, 2020 an application from Small Man Imports, Club Presidente, Small Man Building Material has been received and taken in for preparation to obtain a Bar, Restaurant A license(s) for their business located at Road to Bargine # 13 Sint Eustatius.

Interested parties have until [2 weeks from date mentioned above] to express their objection with regards to said application in writing to the Executive Council.

The objection must contain the following information: description of the application where you give your objection on, your name and address, date, signature and motivation. The application can be viewed at the following locations during two weeks, starting as of the date this notice was signed:

- Government Administration Building, located at Fort Oranjestraat.
