Estate Guyeau St. Eustatius - Review of the Spatial Development Plan St. Eustatius

On the eastern side of St. Eustatius, flanking the Quill,lies the former plantation of ‘Estate Guyeau '. Thisinitiative proposes to develop this land, with an area of approximately 179,000 m2, for tourist andresidential purposes. Estate Guyeau will be a high-quality development for villas and a hotel. A development framework has been drawn up for the planning.
