The Licensing, Supervision and Enforcement Unit is responsible for issuing permits related to economy, nature, and infrastructure to individuals and businesses in Sint Eustatius. The unit ensures compliance with regulations through supervision and enforcement.

• Business Licensing: NV, BV, VoF, SP, and daycare facilities
• Drinks, Food and Hospitality Licences
• Nature Permits
• Environmental Permits (IAB BES)
• Construction, Demolition and Roadwork Permits
• Food Safety Cards
