The Registrar’s Office (Griffie in Dutch) supports and advises the Island Council. It acts as a bridge between the Island Council and the Executive Council, ensuring smooth communication and proper procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing legal and procedural advice to the Island Council.
  • Preparing and supporting Island Council and Central Committee meetings.
  • Managing administrative processes between the Island Council and the Executive Council.
  • Coordinating meetings with external organisations and stakeholders.
  • Serving as the contact point for committees and the Island Council.

For Residents and External Parties

  • Residents who wish to speak at a Central Committee meeting must contact the Registrar’s Office at least two days before the meeting.
